how to download microsoft office home and student 2010 to a mac?

i don’t even know anything. i need to download it. i already bought it and i tried to do it but it wont work

Office 2010 runs on Windows only. Office 2011 for Mac is the Mac version and must be purchased separately. You can use software like Boot Camp to install Windows on your Mac, then run Office 2010 on that.
